Nail Polish Hack!

Hey everyone,

Today I have a cheap and easy crafty hack for you. This closely resembles alcohol Inks but is way cheaper! I am sure most of you have some nail polish lying around somewhere. The only other thing you need is water and some water colour card/glossy card/photo paper.

Please make sure the room is well ventilated and also wear a mask. If you can do this outside it would probably be better. It’s loads of fun and you will want to keep seeing what patterns you can achieve.

I used glossy card for this one
This one was done with watercolour card
The card on the left is glossy paper and the card on the right is watercolour card.
Some beautiful backgrounds I created

I just love how vibrant they turn out! Also when your card is dry you can not smell any nail polish at all.

I hope you give this a try and I would love to see what backgrounds you create.

Happy Easter!

Ann xx

Never saw this technique before Ann. Shall have to try it. I agree that the photo paper comes out much better. Have a Happy Easter, be well, be safe & TYFS
