Hey everyone,

Today I have a couple of great little tips on getting more from your dies. I focus on two background dies and getting more from them then just using them as ‘background’ dies. The first idea where I use my alphabet dies is my favourite! I think it looks so effective and gives the dies a totally different look. I hope you agree with me.

This card measures 4 1/8 x 5 7/8″ You can get two from one sheet of A4 card. My mats and layers were 1/8″ smaller.
I just love how ‘fancy’ it has made the dies look!
This is an A2 card. It gives a cool illusion that you have the die in a smaller size as well as a larger size. The top square has covered the fact it is all made from small squares.

I hope you will try this with whatever background dies you may have. I said in my video that it would look stunning done with silver or gold mirri card.

I also wanted to quickly tell you about https://cottonbagco.co.uk/the-selfie-bag-from-cotton-bag-co/ this really cool selfie bag! I actually used this to take the pictures of my cards today. You get a beautiful canvas bag which has a coin purse inside, a Bluetooth selfie stick, mini ring light and a reflector.

They do so many beautiful bags so please pop over and check them out 🙂 https://cottonbagco.co.uk/the-selfie-bag-from-cotton-bag-co/ I love the bag and I will also be using this to do my shopping! It’s so strong and also has a zip closure. It’s not very often I take selfies but I will still use the selfie stick/tripod to take photos as well as the reflector and mini light.

Please find the link to my Youtube video below to check out how I made the two card today.

I will be back on Sunday , so bye for now.

Ann xx

WOW! Your cards are awesome! I love the background stamps that you used on the black and white one. Can you tell me where I might find it? I am from the US and know that shipping costs quite a bit. Maybe I can find a retailer here if I have the name of the die. Thank you for sharing your beautiful technique!
