Create Strong and Stylish Cardboard Shelves

Hi everyone,

I knew last week when I made the Bookcase that I wanted to try and make a bigger version but turn it into a storage project.

We all need more storage and this shelf unit is perfect. The shelves are reinforced so you can actually store decent weighted items on them.

You could make a few of these and have them all displayed in your craft room. You only need card stock and some card board.

I hope you like it.

Below you can find the measurements for the storage shelves.

YOU NEED 4 PIECES OF CARD STOCK MEASURING 7 1/4 X 12″

SCORE THEM ALL ON THE SHORT SIDE @ 3/4, 3 1/4, 4 & 6 1/2″

SCORE 2 OF THEM ON THE LONG SIDE @ 3/4 & 11 1/4″ JUST DOWN TO THE 2ND SCORE LINE AS SHOWN IN THE TUTORIAL

YOU ALSO NEED 4 PIECES OF CARD MEASURING 2 1/2 X 1 1/2″ SCORE THE SHORT SIDE @ 3/4″

YOU NEED 2 PIECES OF CHIPBOARD MEASURING 2 3/8 X 11 7/8″ AND 2 PIECES MEASURING 2 3/8 X 10 1/2″

YOU NEED 2 PIECES OF CARD STOCK FOR YOUR SHELVES MEASURING 12 X 7 1/4″ SCORE THE LONG SIDE @ 3/4 & 11 1/4, SCORE THE SHORT SIDE @ 3/4, 3 1/4, 4 & 6 1/2″

YOU NEED 3 PIECES OF PATTERNED PAPER MEASURING 2 3/8 X 12″ ALSO 4 PIECES MEASURING 12 X 5/8″

FINALLY 2 PIECES MEASURING 5/8 X 10 3/8″

I will also link my YouTube tutorial below.

Bye for now
