Hi everyone,

This week I have a beautiful fold flat envelope card for you. I saw a picture of this type of card on Pinterest ( I think it was by a Lady called Hazel Eaton) there were no instructions or measurements so I just came up with my own. It’s so pretty and as I said it folds flat to fit in a 6 x 6″ envelope.

I chose a flower theme but you can make it in any style you like. Just make sure whatever you choose to decorate it with is flat. Stamped and die cut images work great. It really is so simple to make and I think the hard part is choosing how to decorate it!

MEASUREMENTS

THE CARD MEASURES 5 X 11 3/4″ SCORE IN THE MIDDLE @ 5 7/8″

THE CARD FOR THE BOX MEASURES 3 X 9″ SCORE ON THE LONG SIDE @ 1 & 2″ ON BOTH ENDS

THE PATTERNED PAPER MEASURES 4 3/4″ X 5 5/8″

YOU ALSO NEED A PIECE FOR THE FRON OF THE BOX MEASURING 2 7/8 X 4 7/8 BUT YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO TRIM THIS PIECE AS SHOWN IN THE TUTORIAL.

YOU NEED TO PIECES FOR THE SIDES MEASURING 7/8 X 2 7/8″
