More addictive techniques to try!!

Hi everyone,

So last Sunday I did a tutorial on Youtube about a very addictive technique & I was so right!! I have seen so many people make card after card & they all say it’s so addictive! I also said in my tutorial that I had a few more ideas around the same technique. I will share them with you today, I hope you like them.

As you can see from the picture above its about using scraps of paper and also stencils. I thought maybe some of you don’t have stamps or a printer but I am sure you all have lot’s of paper!

It’s great fun adding paper and seeing how it turns out with different dies etc.

I love this card using a stencil & some Distress oxide ink (Mustard Seed) . It’s just so bright and spring looking. I have tons of stencils and I am excited to make some more cards. I used a beautiful die called Marilynn.

I also love this card and it’s so pretty when you stencil the envelope to match! The cards are so simple but so pretty & very simple to make.

Just have fun with your paper and try cutting it at different angles and see what it turns out like. I hope my tutorials are never about ‘perfection’ and having everything coloured in perfectly etc. Its about having fun, sitting down and ‘playing’ with your supplies! Even if some turn out not like you expected, it’s only paper & card. I think crafting can get to ‘serious’ and people get frustrated that they can not make these ‘perfect’ cards. Just have fun!!

I have not put any sizes or measurements etc as you can make any size cards you like. Use whatever paper/stencils that you have, get some ink and start creating.

I will be back next week.

Love

Ann xx
